Tara focuses on creating space and establishing a healthy flow of energy in your body.

Sequences start from easy warm-up exercises to more advanced poses, but nothing that requires superb stamina or skill. This is probably the best yoga DVD on the market.

She is also a certified instructor for Vinyasa Yoga. Her DVD has 180 minutes of exercises, which is a fantastic value for your money.

In those 180 minutes, Jenni shows us several routines, varying from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. 3o minute guide for difficult poses is also included.

This is a demanding video that will leave you sweaty and exhausted. It is not intended for beginners or for anyone who hasn't fully mastered the basics of yoga.

It is strongly recommended that beginners do not attempt exercises in this DVD. Some of the poses might be easy even for the beginners, but the length of the exercise combined with the tempo is definitely not.

"Power Yoga" offers an hour long workout that is supposed to be done without a break. So great stamina and skill are required to successfully do the routine on this DVD as it will create an enormous heat in your body and elevate your heart rate significantly.

It is probably the best yoga DVD for advanced users.

The level of exercises is advanced. Bob doesn't spend too much time explaining the proper form so beginners should not be doing those exercises as some of the poses are very tough to do, and if you don't know how to do them properly, you might injure yourself.
