You can feel the energy flow in the body. And then soon in tai chi practice, the energies can be more flowing in the body and let you feel more relaxed and balanced. Tai chi can help you to free up your joints and become more flexible. And help with your concentration because you focus on tai chi practice, you focus on your mind and the movements. It’s easy for the practitioner to relax and focus. That’s why they call tai chi a moving meditation.
